  1. Maybe. That popular 89 though, might rear its head, lol.
  2. One, I hope not, and two, I know, as I said just a feeling. Looking like a pretty persist cool pattern for the next week plus.
  3. I have a feeling this will be one of those summers that doesn't reach 90 here. It's nothing more than a feeling, so we'll see.
  4. Worst storm I've seen in a while. Apparently happened Sunday also, but I was in 96 and sunny Nashville.
  5. Well, I meant the lack of power, but yeah it is nice right now.
  6. Was in Nashville from a few days. Was hot and sunny in the mid 90s, and come back to severe storms knocking the power out. Yeah, these kind of storms aren’t worth the excitement. Looks like I won’t even be able to enjoy my last night before work tomorrow.
  7. So, it's raining. Typical hit or miss for the summer.
  8. Me too, love the lack of rain, oh except for the downpour yesterday.
  9. Odd the day not forecast to be anywhere near the warmest ends up as such, go figure, lol. Anyway see point currently 72! And it feels like it.
  10. Has made it to 87 today, for once we off shot the forecast. Also, the thunder drought is over here.
  11. But that's my point, they are able to get that kind of cold and this kind of heat, being much farther north than us.
  12. It's insane. But in winter we definitely won't get colder them.
  13. So, I wasn’t wrong. May have reached 88. I have the weather app on the phone set to KPIT and it held at 88 for a while. Usually it’s pretty good, sometimes it’s off a degree, but only every once in a while. Update: Nope, 87.
  14. We'll see some of those temperatures soar higher tomorrow, hint not ours. I just can't understand how Syracuse gets that hot, they must be at sea level or something.
  15. No clue. No real reason, that I can see. Anyway I expect 85 or 86 for a high tomorrow now. So much for a heat wave, but can't wait to see how close to 100 Burlington, VT, Syracuse, NY and Portland, ME get.
  16. Looking like typical stalling temperatures. I just don’t understand how it happens every time and in such sunny conditions?
  17. Shaping up to be a beautiful two days. What a difference a well makes. I think we make it to 86-87 today. 87-89 tomorrow. Less than 10% chance of hitting 90 tomorrow.
  18. Yeah, I don't ever expect low humidity from late May through early September. When we get it, especially when really warm, it's amazing. The first half of the 8 day heat wave last July was low humidity and felt great. Second half you could feel the difference.
  19. Yeah, again 6z GFS, lol! Looks like, for now, it is an unstable pattern, with pop ups at times, but mainly dry area wide most days. Low humidity would be ideal.
  20. Seems big heat is backing off even more. Boring. But give me 80 and sunny and that’s alright by me. So, hopefully rain is kept to a minimum.
  21. Never fails when there's a borderline day. I expect nothing else.
  22. Also, looks like the magnitude of next week's heat is backing off a bit, there are still a few 90s popping up, but not multiple days of 90s in a row.
  23. With it being the start of meterological summer, I thought we should start talking about the weather in this thread.
