  1. Yeah, surprised how much snow was and has actually fallen. Good to know we’re getting good rates this year. Maybe bodes well later.
  2. Yeah, we can toss this week. Next week looks to be an interesting one.
  3. Oh boy to that GFS 16th storm. That would be nice, and the cold to follow and look it in.
  4. Which model handled this last system the best overall? Seems the Euro was too much snow for us, and GFS was too little. Maybe the future is somewhere in between the two.
  5. That's quite the run. Hopefully, some version of that comes to fruition. That would be pretty brutal though for the midwest, and if the southeast experience what it showed, they'd be crippled.
  6. I believe it's the British spelling, with an o added in.
  7. Is the overnight and tomorrow stuff wrap around or like lake effect?
  8. Time to move on for everyone. It’s not that serious, I realize that, hope you do too.
  9. Me and Tim talked it out. We’ve moved on. Time for everyone.
  10. I had 1.5 on the drive way about two hours ago. Should be over 2 here.
  11. Washington, PA has recorded 2”. I have to assume most of Allegheny has as well with far less mixing up here.
  12. Honestly, don’t think this could have gone much better for what it was. Mix was limited if any in most areas, and rates were nice. Not really sure what the second wave is supposed to even be since most attention was focused on this one.
  13. Think it might be raining, or it’s sleet now. Looks like the warm tongue is building in more now.
  14. You got an answer. By the way, how's your snow.
  15. Very light snow now. Neighbors roof looks about 2" or so.
  16. Measured 1.5” on my driveway, pretty good rates for starting 2hours ago, plus taking a little time to start accumulating.
  17. Yeah, there's very little time left for this main round. Let's max out.
  18. Nice and heavy now. Looks like the NWS was correct about models overdoing the warm tongue?
  19. That would make sense, but none of the outlets seem enthused by it. I guess we'll see.
  20. Down to 31 at KPIT. Lot of red returns moving into Allegheny County.
  21. Some on the grass, and some parts of the street. Looking at the NWS radar lot of yellow returns coming in for Washington County. Should hit most of Allegheny. However, it does look it the radar is drying up near Parkersburg. I would assume the low is jumping to the coast at this point.
  22. Nice, yeah looks like, on radar at least the mixing is getting reduced. Rates picked up again here.
