    Some of the rainfall totals S ORH county into E Mass and RI are pretty impressive

    Who would have thought FL and CT have a lot in common; snow storm in Litchfield hills with tropical storm conditions here in E CT; like the FL Panhandle and key’s during winter months Lol! . Cold, wet, mud blows!
