This bonus band isn’t bad!!!

I have a snow board (measuring board) and took two measurements after cleaning it off in between. 2.8 and 0.4. May not be 100% accurate but best I can do. I did take a ruler around and it varied wildly bc snow was so light and there was wind. I measured up to 4” on the ground but yea I’m not using that. I put my snow board on top of a cooler to get it lower so it would be less affected by the wind. Definitely a rookie in snow measurement but I feel I did my best 24 degrees and it’s actually snowing steady again. Not sure it’ll accumulate further but what a mood in north hills tonight

I got a little overzealous eyeballing it but 3.2” here. Feel like we capitalized on the bands that came but man that first heavy band was sweet. I’m sure there are some 4” totals to my west. Love standing outside and hearing the plows go by on the main roads. Sounds like a proper snowstorm

I cannot stand the other site. I’m over there too but it’s a mess. I know a lot of folks left here for there and I tested the waters but it’s like trying meth. Glad I only experimented

Little bit of back building? Might be a few bonus bands. As soon as I get my 3 yo to bed I’ll get another legit measurement but this is awesome. Been sledding abd taking neighborhood walks since work finished up

That first heavy band did it. Seemed I rode the eastern edge. Think areas just west and north of here probably did better than me

We may not hit 4” here but we’re gonna be dang close. Snowing steady

Crossed 3” but it’s lighter now. Heavier returns lining up again. 4” is the expectation now

We’ve averaged 1”/hr for 1.5 hours. Pushing 3” now. Question- when do you clear a snow board? I don’t want to lose .10” to compaction

2nd death band. We are RIPPING. 5” is the goal

Yea whoever did the ritualistic sacrifice please own up, you will be showered with praise. We’re ripping again

2” down. I think 3” is expectation here. North wake who’s been stuck under death band will see 6+

@StantonParkHoya we have hit the preposterous rates and flake sizes. I haven’t seen this since 2018

Sleeting here mixed with the snow. Not just rimed but we got full blown pingers
