  1. Been snowing decently most of the day, but melting instantly in Gainesville, 35F
  2. Flurries in Gainesville, kid already excited an ran into the yard. 36/20
  3. Dusting here too in Gainesville. Nice little surprise to wake up too
  4. ZR in Gainesville. 27F now, can see a glaze on the trees and icicles on the stair rails.

  7. Still winning the battle here in Gainesville with all snow still. Intensity has let up, but no pinger yet. Riding the line it seems. Temp finally went up to 20 after being 19 all day

  10. Have held steady at 19F for a while now. Coming down hard still, just measured 3/4 in on the deck.
  11. Eye the yellow band down near Culpeper heading this way. Have to have at least 1/2 inch if not more so far.
  12. Temp continues to drop in Gainesville to 19, was 22 when flurries started. Snow really picking up now, borderline SN+
  13. Nice looking band coming this way from the Culpeper area too. Fully dusted everywhere here, temp has actually dropped since it started to 20/10
  14. Picked up intensity in Gainesville. Deck had caved, road starting to get covered.
  15. Close to Haymarket here and been feeling the same.
  16. I feel like we're in a weird spot on this one. Especially considering Warrenton is under the WSW and we're not, but I'm only about 15 min from the county line.
  17. Went to bed around 1:15 when it started to pickup. Looking through the cameras overnight it tapered off around 3:45 or so. 2.5 inches roughly in Gainesville, roads look like less, but on top of what we already had was pretty to wake up to. Some wind and blowing snow happening now.
  18. Roads and sidewalk covered quickly and starting to get hard to see out the window.
