Ice pellets have been coming down mixed with some snowflakes here and there in Gainesville. Holding at 28 for a bit. Pavement and trees are very crusty and coated.

Not seeing much on the radar but it's coming down hard again in Gainesville. Haven't had much additional accumulation for a bit still around 2.5

Just came back after about 1.5 hours with my 2 year old. No matter what we get that made it worth it, he loved it. First real snow. Regarding the dry spot on the radar, we're in it in Gainesville and still have flakes coming down, but lighter than before. Measured about 2.5 so far.

Nothing here in Gainesville either now, car and mulch is covered. I just went to bring out the trash though and to my surprise the entire driveway and sidewalk was a frozen slush.

About 2 inches before the cutover yesterday. Seemed to have gotten decent ice accumulation over night. Have a few downed large branches in the yard and the trees are all coated in ice.

out my office window i can see the pellets bouncing off the house. Hoping it holds long enough until my son wakes up from his nap, he's just about 2 and never has had a snow he could go out in.

Temp continues to drop here in Gainesville. 30 @ 9AM, 29 @10:30, 27 @ noon. Fully covered and still coming down moderately.

Temp actually dropped to 28 in Gainesville. Was sitting at 30 all morning. I'd call it moderate to heavy snow now. Everything now is fully dusted

Been steady at 30 degrees almost all morning in Gainesville. Coming down good now and driveway is almost fully dusted.

Picking up intensity in Gainesville. Cars now topped and edge of driveway starting to fill in.

My dad is in Crozet and just told me they're seeing sleet. My sister is in the Woodbrook area and she's seeing snow/sleet.
