    Friend of mine in Huntsville, AL reporting the heaviest snow he's ever seen. The were forecast for 2-4 and already have 4.5 from a NWS report.

    held at around 8.25" in Gainesville. Overall pleased even before the second round (6.5" prior). Best show for me was around 3-4AM Monday in the first thump.

    Around 8.25 inches in Gainesville. Was snowing pretty much all day. Great storm overall.

    Pixie Dust has finally stopped, first time its let up all day. 7.25" on the deck in Gainesville, up from close to 6.5" at around 8:30 AM.

    I am always skeptical relying on wraparound, it usually never gives as much as expected. I am just shy of 7" so we'll see.

    Measured 6.5" on my deck in Gainesville. Have gone from a mix, to heavy snow, back to a mix, back to a snow again in the last hour.

    Sister on the north side of Charlottesville reporting very light snow. In Gainesville I am starting to get under some of the action from the west but nothing yet here

    About .75 on the deck here in Gainesville. Roads melted quick but definitely slick and crunchy on the driveway and side roads.

    Absolutely insane in Gainesville. Pretty sure I saw two lightning strikes in the Regal parking lot. Came out of a movie and it was flurries, by the time we all came out of the bathroom it was instant stickage and wind. Seems to have stopped but a full coating everywhere

    Certainly looks like snow in Gainesville. Looks like may be coming right this way. Son is in full on weenie mode hoping to extend Thanksgiving break.

    Wind in Gainesville got super intense for a minute. Caught me off guard, was very sudden gusts.

    Band came through, definitely brought moderate snow and increased winds, but it passed quickly. Love seeing another line up right behind it! CLeared the car and the driveway and we'll see with the sun setting if we can get anymore on top.
