It should be vodka cold in southern canada and pretty sustained cold in the eastern U.S after Jan 15 if everything goes right. Seriously. We are probably on the cusp of a -AO, -NAO, -EPO and +PNA combo.
Let me just bring myself back to reality here.. it's looking like the Jan 8th storm is going to be a December 2018 disaster watching NC and S VA get crushed while I get absolutely nothing. Knowing my luck it will rain on the 12th and that's even if there's a storm.. then it will be cold and dry for the rest of January until February torches. Disaster comparable to last winter.
I'm sure that the january 8th storm is going to be all rain or mostly rain here.. knowing how luck goes down here it wouldn't surprise me if the mid-month storm is rain either, if it even forms.
If I don't get at least one 6 inch or more snowstorm by the end of January then I shall suffer the most brutal reaping imaginable
