    I think the primary implication of "bumped NW" is that it didn't bump south, which is what we're all worried about, and what it seemed like might have been the case at the start of the run. Edit: It does also seem at least a foot or two north west to me too

    This is so therapeutic. The giddiness in our posts is supreme. Two good snowfall maps 140 hrs out validate three months worth of bitching, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

    I'm almost taken aback by this amount of consensus. If this storm doesn't pan out (insofar that it at least snows a lot somewhere nearby), then it's gonna be really hard for me to not be weenie-depressed afterwards.

    The next four or so days do seem to be quite wintery around here, but I'm really counting the hours until a stronger signal emerges in the medium range. There's definitely a few points of interest, but... We wait, for now.

    There's definitely some juicier ensemble runs in there. I know that by itself doesn't mean anything beyond a hope, but this one feels good to me.
