  1. I know you're just being sarcastic but honestly this is the exact solution we need.
  2. Basically, there's members that say squat is gonna happen. Those members are wrong, and they're making the whole thing look bad. Edit: I think
  3. For what little it's worth, the mixing issues seem a tad better on 18z GFS
  4. Ramping up in terms of qpf, only thing I care about low pressure strength for is windspeed.
  5. Honestly, my only worry is if the track were to have collapsed south. I firmly believe this storm will start ramping up on models over the next two days, and you guys can curse me forever if it doesn't
  6. Kinda sucks, I've been growing fond of the GEM this season
  7. I like the ukie track if we could just bump those totals up
  8. Maybe, but the point is that at this point during GHDII Chicagoans were sad about a miss south. There's definitely time to beef this baby up... Maybe.
  9. Guess what else bumped a bit north? Give you a hint, it starts with "I" and ends with "CON"
  10. Just opened a fortune cookie, it said "luck is coming your way". Two feet locked.
  11. Lowkey counting on it, it just has that vibe.
  12. Can you pretty please share? I haven't been able to view the GEFS in days cause of Nexlab being down
  13. Better yet, just ban his dumb ass. Like seriously, I truly appreciate the leniency in our subforum but like 75% of the drama in all threads could be resolved if this goober is eliminated
  14. Here's the game plan: by 12z tomorrow ish, the models will begin really nailing in the track, which is going to be slightly northwest of what the lastest Euro showed. After that, we can start bumping up the qpf every run, until the desired amount is achieved.
  15. I don't see what the huge fuss is about. Some of you lot have been in this game since before I was born, so I'd expect everyone to understand that at this juncture, you'd practically WANT the models to shift away from you a little bit. We're just under four days out right now; that's plenty of time for this storm to pivot way the hell back north. Personally, I love where I sit in DuPage but I wouldn't be surprised if the heaviest axis of snow shifts back north of me a few runs from now. Everyone just be polite, this may be our only shot at having a good storm thread this season so don't goof it up by being sour.
  16. That's what I figured, was just holding out hope lol
  17. I think the primary implication of "bumped NW" is that it didn't bump south, which is what we're all worried about, and what it seemed like might have been the case at the start of the run. Edit: It does also seem at least a foot or two north west to me too
  18. I hope you're right. This storm could really be something if everything goes right just for once
