25th looks like rain, except for upper shore and the follow up storm has some potential but at this range storms have generally trended to rain.
Rather impressed with how moderate the low temps have been since Jan 15. The daily average is near normal, but the low temps since Jan 15 have barely snuck below freezing at night and only for short periods.
