  1. It must be rate dependent. Still snow in N Raleigh.
  2. Must be a really small warm nose because radar shows all snow for everyone
  3. One of my old old snow weenie mentors back in DC used to always say “be close enough to the line that you can smell the raindrops” and it’s true. Fine line between winning and losing.

  15. Among posters here, even more apparent than the geographical correlation to snow expectations are the natural emotional tendencies — whether pessimistic or optimistic — that manifest during storms
