    We need father of Barney type cold to deliver in March. As mentioned above, by end of month, we’re almost 70 degrees for highs in Raleigh. Not to mention — if it does fall, you need rates-of-the-plague to overcome a ferocious sun angle. When it’s on the ground, it gone within hours.

    Proximity to ocean and coastal storms + being further north + Charlotte has elements of downsloping

    Raleigh also averages twice as much snow as Charlotte — albeit nominal amounts, and have had bigger snowstorms in history. So I suppose weird junkies in a way because we know what is possible.
