    at hour 42 on the gfs, the heights are lower at 12z vs 00z on the east coast. This is a good sign for the I-95 Crew. Also confluence is pushing further S on the 12z vs 00z.

    I don't have access but I read on another forum that the gfs-para is a good hit for both storms.... I hope they meant mid mid Atlantic and not NEPA or something.

    18z euro goes out to 90 hours. Should be enough to see if it was following the western gfs.

    yup the heights in the NAO domain are looking better. Could be why.

    PNA ridge is looking better out west.

    HH going to deliver or too early to say. I am liking the look at the blocking so far in the NAO/AO Domain. Do not know the downstream implications but less PNA ridging so far.

    yup getting the precipitation is not the issue for you guys on this particular run. Just need it a little bit colder

    Not bad. And way out there at least according to GEFS, it looks to be a west-based -NAO. How negative do we want this NAO to get -1 to a -2?
