  1. I can’t remember tracking a solid cane with the potential to be in tact going over SNE since Bob 30 years ago . Eduard in late 2000’s might have been Closest thing I’m looking at changing my flight back from Colorado to early in day Tuesday so I can see the big swell if it materializes , that’s how much or a wave weenie I am or somehow it stalls in SW Atlantic longer . Monday /Tuesday look like big swell days for RI and parts of outer cape and islands SE /S facing Beaches
  2. those were weak sauce tropical systems , The 1 cane was a clown named Irene With generously valued winds at 75. So I guess busy with small weak systems but not like we’ve been dodging formidable canes with very close calls
  3. You basically are in a large sound Boston folks rate beaches the following way . Is there something resembling sand ? Yes - auto 5 stars is there something resembling something wet that appears larger than a tub ? Yes 5 stars Water temp above 55 degrees ? Tropical paradise waves bigger than 2 feet ? “Omg they let people swim in this !, biggest ive ever seen “ dells lemonade truck nearby ? Add a few stars Enjoy the summertime jellies as Scott said , sounds fun As usual we pray a decent winter in SNE

  7. Sounds like away from the S coast is crappy today , thou Some have complained about the summer for the last 20 days
  8. We are long overdue for a cold period stretching from the 20’th into the new year or at least a seasonable period without a rain storm during that time last xmas I believe was one of the colder days of the year after the buffalo bomb/cutter
  9. Just read the first couple pages of this thread what a war ridge Retro fail on longer range ensembles . Reminds me of LR modeling last winter trying to raise heights in SW over and over only to simply be confused again . I thought there was a good shot it would retro mid month but after it was delayed about 5x , it became likely to me it was all a dream Maybe September?

  11. To me July certainly felt above normal , due to temps and the dews , August has been one of the least warm first half’s I can recall
