Snows starting to mix in more but still not great, can tell it wouldn't take much to really crank if we had temps in our favor.

Winds shifted to WNW, see if we can cool down and at least get to see some flakes falling. Have given up on accumulation, just want to see some decent rates.

Up to 35, what an awful set up this way, nothing like rain in the 30s. If things do freeze quickly this area will be a skating rink later.

Not sure where in Taunton you are, but a difference a few miles makes. Barely a coating here.

Did get up to 36, now down to 35.3 and back to light snow. Seems like we're going to play that dance all night based on returns.

I know in my gut that this isn't going to pan out for us, but almost feels worse when you have some models selling hope. It's the hope that kill you.

Seems to be really hammering the 2nd part tomorrow in EMA.

For whatever it's worth HRRR seems to be coming in colder, showing more snow on Long Island than previous runs.

Definitely a bummer after keeping an eye on this for a week. Here I thought it'd be easier to get snow being back up here after living in NC lol. Forgot how fickle it is down this way. Someday my son will get to see a decent snowfall.

Friend in Rowley has a coating on the ground and coming down pretty good from ocean effect it looks like.

Enjoy to those who see some solid accumulation, will be nice to see snow flying but just don't see it in the cards down here.

Can't help but feel like this ship has sailed for us. Warm temps always seem to prevail when they're in the cards

I am going to choose to ignore the models and believe that some decent snow is coming based solely on how active the squirrels seem to be this morning.

What a bummer man, was hoping for a big snow down this way.

I made the mistake of telling my 4 yr old we might get a good amount of snow this weekend, kid is so excited because he's never seen a ton, only had 1 storm in Raleigh that gave us about 3-4" that was gone by lunch. Just hoping I didn't speak to soon, he's got his hopes up.

Yeah lived in Weymouth on Middle St off 18 before moving to the Raleigh area.

I'll take an inch of snow at this point. Last meaningful snowfall I saw was 2016 before we moved south.
