I think i can call this very light snow in NW suffolk, starting to pile up on the BBQ, etc. 30 degrees.

A meaty ehco south of the island by the N/S border. Let's see how far north she can get. Took the drone up and i can see the band offshore. Cant post photos here for some reason. Saw some flurries while outside, NW Suffolk

Disagree. Snow is still spreading Se to NW across eastern suffolk. How far west is goes is anyone's guess, but the snow continues to back from the ocean further west

Yea, i just texted my buddy in Marlboro where they have solid radar returns over head, and there is nothing. Bustorama for them.

It is raining on Nantucket...So there is moisture at our latitude...maybe someone can go out on a boat south of fire island and fart

Looks like snow is back in off the ocean from east to west in eastern suffolk, esp south fork. Let's see how far west that can get.

RH in the city and metro is in the low 40s, on the island its mid-50s to low 60s.

You can even see the Sound enhancement into NW Suffolk on that map. Fingers crossed. Down to 29/18 now.

Once you get to eastern Suffolk and the islands it should make some difference. Hell they can get ocean effect snow and enhanced snow with a cold NE wind in similar setups. We will see what happens.

More likely to be snow in Suffolk county than Parts of CNJ IMO, those NE winds from the ocean and sound should moisten up the low levels a bit

Agree. Not having the NAM in a setup like this gives me pause. The mesos are all south...which is why im not expecting much
