Yea weird...it's been updated at least half a dozen times since 4am. Wonder if it's a computer error? Went from nothing to a steady snow in ~10 min in Gaithersburg.

Montgomery County Public Schools and offices will be closed Wednesday, February 20, 2019 due to pending emergency weather conditions. All school and community activities in school buildings also are canceled tomorrow. All childcare centers located in school buildings will also be closed.

Gonna call it storm total in Reisterstown of 4.5" incredibly dissipointing event here. Glad to low land folks cashed in they more than deserve it.

Great lesson there. If you get under the upper level energy on the backside you can score big time. But if you're not under it, you just sit on the sidelines jealously watching.
