  1. It's entirely possible at this point. Low might end up off the east coast of GA for all we know.
  2. That's on the back end of the cold front with the low in the St. Lawrence River Valley...that won't work for anything but mood flakes, if that.
  3. Shades of the winter of 2009-10, just displaced 150 miles south...
  4. That is true... I also forgot to add at the bottom of that post that my streak ended this year. Remember Illinois? It was too hard for me to add that. I'm 45-1 all-time.
  5. I'll add that in nearly 4 dozen trips to Happy Valley, I have never seen PSU lose.
  6. It's amazing how much better they're playing away from home. Wife and I talk about this all the time. It's night and day. No need to go to Flint...when we go down on Monday night, I'll just hop across the river to Camden.
  7. Today is my 9th day of my end-of-year vacation - save for Wednesday, it seems like every single day has been the same. Cloudy and damp.
  8. That...has been the reoccurring theme since last year.
  9. Oh yes...and I was not a fan of the side that went backwards. That did me in. LOL
  10. Rode the Loch Ness Monster in 1981 and again again in 2019. Amazing how perception changes from a 16 year old to when you're 54. Equally amazing how far coasters have come - I drove to BGW JUST to ride that shortly after I got my license. It was a "must do" back then.
  11. I said a few days ago this had a Tangier Island special written all over it. Wouldn't that be something?
  12. Yep...your win is my sorrow. Hard to get a storm to satisfy both of us, but March 1993 works for me.
  13. I have family that live just outside of Rehoboth that haven't seen much snow the past 2 winters. They're watching this one.
  14. Mentioned several days ago that my wife and I were planning a trip to the Sierra (Mammoth) in 2024 - well, make that spring of 2023! Due to kids getting married, having kids, etc, we moved our family trip to the Everglades from 2023 to 2024, and that sets us up nicely to head out west in just 17 months. Yosemite and the Sierra...here we come!
  15. Picked up .11" of rain since midnight - the nickel and dime-athon continues! I've now exceeded a half inch of rain but it's taken 5 days to do so.
  16. Importantly, that low pressure has been getting modeled deeper (slightly) each passing day it seems. I would think that deeper low = chances of it being farther north?
  17. My AC hasn't stopped running. It was on a few times during the snow Monday morning.
  18. Took some of my family to the Strasburg Railroad (I go A LOT) and we had to open the windows in our car...they must have had the heat on because it was way hotter than this guy can handle. LOL
  19. 49 and partly sunny here. Today's high was 52. Felt amazing in the sun.
