  1. Roughest coaster at HP today is the Wildcat. That thing is wild! Villanova boy Brunson having a big series for your Mavs.
  2. I rode that thing one time. That was enough. I did have fun encouraging others to give it a whirl though. LOL
  3. That we do. I was intentionally looking at yards on my way home today admiring all of the colors in flower beds.
  4. Meh...it was mainly dry. Did pick up .08" though away from the trees. Just enough to send the grass even higher. LOL
  5. Nice shower rolling through here now. Getting a couple hundredths at least.
  6. "Rotor" is the ride you're referring to and is no longer in the park. It was a right of passage as a teen in the 70s to ride that, get off, and hurl. Busch Gardens Williamsburg is my 2nd favorite theme park (and I've been to a LOT) only trailing Disney's Animal Kingdom Park. Both parks are very happy places for me to immerse myself in.
  7. Yeah, that was my point. Right now I'd hesitate to make any assumptions with temps. Sunday "seems" like it will be the toasty day. I wouldn't hedge any more than that.
  8. Incredibly difficult stretch inbound to forecast high temps - MU has 85 posted for Sunday as of now.
  9. I recorded 17 drops. And that's not really an exaggeration. I saw some drops on the windows but the pavement didn't come close to getting "wet".
  10. ...and with that, first drops are now falling here. LOL
  11. Sure looks like some showers are on the doorstep here - a couple of hours ago, Elliott tweeted that any rain would remain west of Rt. 15...
  12. Wow...I really have a greenhouse for a yard. I have so much in full bloom right now.
  13. 90 minute drive...yet worlds apart. Incredible difference!
  14. LOL. If I'm right, the reality is I'll only have to trim under the trees weekly while I'm mowing the rest of the yard every 3-4 days.
  15. It is...but the local forecast for this area only mention a slight chance of a passing shower.
  16. Think I saw a stat a couple of days ago that come Monday, we'll be above average temps for April. Not sure if that's correct or not.
  17. Those 2 misses were huge and ultimately was the difference. Embiid's hail mary probably wouldn't have mattered if Precious makes those. I thought the star of the game (easily) was Tobias - he put on a defensive clinic shutting down Pascal. That dude is a legit star and Toby really put the clamps on. Once you look past the stat most people care about (points), Tobias did so many intangibles last night that mattered. Really happy for him.
  18. Factual statement- this was a typical Sixers loss in the past. This was a typical loss during the regular season. Huge win for the team's psyche. They won and they did so while playing a very sloppy game.
  19. Pretty darn nice spring day, albeit a little cool - 55 and sunny currently. Should top out near 60, which is still below normal.
  20. I think (?) when most backdoor cold fronts make it to the Allegheny front, so Bubbler, Losetoa6 and Cashtown would all be affected by it. Typically, if my area is say 56 after the front moves through, it might still be in the lower 60s in the Bubble capital, but in the 70s or 80s say out in Latrobe. Every front is different but most backdoor fronts are going to cool just about everyone in here except perhaps MAG and our Clearfield crew.
  21. "feeble smattering" - ha, that's actually a great way to describe our "action" yesterday. Driving home from work I encountered a couple smatterings of said feebleness.
