No dim sum here..it was actually partly sunny 40 min ago, but got dark fast here again. I’ll gladly take 3-5” on top of the solid pack still in place here.

Same discrepancy with every system this winter it seems...two camps right up to go time almost it seems. Quite the year for modeling differences so close in.

Always better to go more conservative early on, and then increase if need be, if the modeling becomes more robust as the system closes in.

Well just like this morning...someone showing an op run at 342hrs., is worthless. I know folks showed the same thing a day ago for winter being over...which was super dumb too. All speculation. More winter to come period.

Where’s spring lol...11-15 days away? Ok cool. That too will change in a few days. So I take with a grain of salt. After next weeks mess, we’ll be ready for spring.

Lol really? We loved ice on top of the snow as kids...the more the better, made for awesome fast sledding. We would sled and toboggan for hrs on it. I guess they don’t make kids like they used too..?

Lol..nah I knew it wasn’t James...cuz there are no terms/phrases such as explosive deepening, or very intense laps rates, or the system will Explode over the Gulf Stream and hit the Cape and islands with the heaviest qpf. And the very popular...the intense rates Will cool the column and change the rain to snow on the cape, with 12-16 inches very likely. Those are dead give always for a James post. There wasn’t any of that, so I knew it wasn’t James.

That possible Rainer/mess is 8 days out...it’ll trend/change. The long range cutters have been trending more favorable for us..this could do the same. Too far out to be worried about anything like that on an op depiction 8 days away. And if it is rain/or mess, we deal with it. Easy as that.

Eh I was thinking of mid point of March as the 16th, 15 days before that point, and 15 days after that point to the 31st. So that’s 6 days lol. It’s just ones point of view. I hope we can rock it the next 4 weeks though. That would be great.

Well to be honest, mid March is still 5 weeks away. So the next 5 weeks lol. But I agree about the mid March thing.

Yup, I agree with you on that. By not getting in on that, that definitely knocks your rating/feeling down for sure. I’d feel the same way. But That was an awesome storm for us westerners..so that boosts this stretch that much more for us. If we can cash in over the next couple/few weeks even more...this will go down as a very memorable run here.
