  1. Ya that’s about right. Making good time It’s About 2hrs and 45min from here to the Piscataquis River bridge that brings you to the ME boarder. Then 6 plus hrs from there to the top of the crown/St Hohn Valley. Big ride, but great place to sled.
  2. Lol 9-10 hrs..it’s a day in the truck. Good weather/roads and no stopping to eat about 9hrs. But any type of winter weather that impacts speed, or stop for breakfast/lunch it’s 10 hrs or more easily. About 565 miles one way.
  3. Wow Lol that’s nothing ..nice for you. I’ll be following this closely.
  4. Yup, let’s keep this east and lock in the colder air for NNE/ME. How far is Rangely for you...2hrs?
  5. Northern Aroostook may cash in with this more southeast idea. Hoping so.
  6. Looks like she may hold longer than first thought...We Take for sure.
  7. Imo Might be a tad too early to tell where they may track, if they even materialized at this juncture. But the potential Is there.
  8. We take..now let’s bring it.
  9. Good points. I get it. Oh well, we’ll get what we get. It’s a decent looking set up(not perfect). Let’s roll the dice. If it comes up a ratter..then let the Rants fly baby. Two years in a row.
  10. In the end...it’s(Hadley Cell) just another thing to consider. Not the end all be all by any means.
  11. How likely is that to actually happen...every single one of them? I mean at some point something has to creep north....No? Although that’s the definition of a ratter I guess. We’ll see how it plays out.
  12. Absolutely agree. Was trying to bolster a little optimism is all.
  13. Just to put things in perspective a bit, it was still 2 weeks from now in ‘15, when the change in that season occurred. So as Gynxy pointed out, we’ve been here and done this before. Let’s see how this evolves over the next couple weeks? Maybe we strike out again...but at least it looks to be changing for the better.
  14. Instead of Farts and Bagels...How were the 18z Ensembles?
  15. And a general Tsao’s Fart in front of the hot Co-Ed’s at that ...Lmfao. That was good. Man we need a snowstorm bad.
  16. It’s the New Wolfie for ‘21...less snarl and more Mercy.
  17. Lol..Jan 5th was only a week ago. Your points are well taken. But enough already about things being pushed out. You know as well as all of us, more times than not, pattern changes are rushed. This has been no exception. The persistent idea is a joke after a while...and it’s almost over now. it’s been a rough few weeks for us who love active winter weather, but that looks to be changing. So don’t be afraid to discuss. Just let it hang out. If it sh*ts the bed, it’s nobody’s fault, it’s just weather.
  18. Squiggly lines are EPO ridge, and -NAO Block. Straight line in the Atlantic is 50/50 low, and s/w Trough in the plains..I think? Lol.
  19. Smart. Enjoy. That’ll rejuvenate you.
  20. The county will be in fine shape if they pick up 6” this weekend. Head up and do some good riding.
  21. I didn’t question anybody’s guess?
  22. Very good points..agreed. But that map was being posted by that service to say no more winter...so they were pushing their idea and grandstanding on social media imo.
  23. True. But I don’t think I’m buying that look that was posted...but that’s just me. Very low skill at that type of range imo.
