The temps did not. The southern storms were when we were frigid..so they were suppressed. And it was frigid down there.

They did not this winter though…every time they were showed in the long range, they got muted down to nothing/almost nothing this year.

That chance comes from a model run…if the models come around, he will also.

Not surprising at all.. it’s been this way all season. The warmth in the long range never materializes…unfortunately neither did the storms here. But the cold has overwhelmed all warm long range fantasies.

True, but the Euro is trash this year too…so that doesn’t exactly make it right cuz it doesn’t have what the GFS has. But ya, we want more modeling on board as well.

That model hasn’t been too good(sucked) this season either though. I actually hope it’s a miss, cuz I’ll be gone when it hits. Lol.

Well yes, no record cold here. But as we mentioned last week there were all time records broken all over the country this winter. And it was plenty cold enough here. 15-20” of ice on area ponds and lakes isn’t a mild winter. But no record cold in NE yes.

It’s been cold consistently this season…in that regard it’s been a good winter. Snowfall sucked cuz we found ways(every way) to fail. But the cold was and has been consistent this season.

Nice. Yup…leaving 3 am Thursday morning coming home Monday. And that will be it for me too. Conditions should be very good, and after a good 3-4 days of riding I’ll be satisfied too. When someone hasn’t ventured into those NW and far Northern areas, they don’t understand how it’s such a different world.
