Bands are starting to deeping again esp across central CT

Moderate Snow close to heavy now. 32F. Eyeballing around 1.5" Roads just got coated.

Were snowing at probably 1" per right now guessing ill end up somewhere around 4.

And they still have plenty to go west of them looks good and doesn't seem to be transitioning east hardly at all.

Moderate Snow. 33F

Still 38s across the coast with light rain, BDR,HVN,GON. Shouldn't be long though.

Moderate Snow. Grass is white, roads are wet. Temps between 33-35F across North Haven.

Got a nasty grinch Rainer but then a small event Xmas morning and then the bigger events on 12/26-27 (mostly interior) and 12/29 (the famous Scooter middle finger screwgie)...fairly marginal airmasses with kind of a ka-ka pacific but we had the high heights around Hudson Bay and over toward Davis strait. 

12/29/12 was a great storm here in CT...advisory bumped up to warning snows 6-10. Ended with 8.5"

98? I must have missed that one. Don't recall any sig storm in Dec 98.

I found one from Dec 23-24 1998 but that was focused on E CT and only 2-4.

I found the ZFP from that time.

well this is odd, was mostly snow now we've turned to snow/sleet

It's still very warm here with mainly all snow. 35/36F. It's going to be hours before the roads start getting coated. Still thinking 2-4 here with a coating on the roads, may end up being just wet.

i figured wed lose a lot that models are counting as snow. Just too warm initially its snowing in a lot of places that are 34-37F

RPM giveth, then takeitawayith, then giveth, then takeitawayith, then giveth...settling on 2-4 for the state with a sliver of 4-6 over central southern CT

Snowing finally, radar looks good, models look good. Think most are good for 2-5

I'm liking my map right about now. Looks good for 2-4 for most of CT spot 5.
