lol have fun driving on Rt 1. I am almost always YIMBY, but the best locations for arenas are in dense commercial areas with lots of transit and accessibility. Potomac Yards is not that.

Dews in the 60s now in DC. I guess that shouldn't be that surprising given the tornado activity in eastern NC.
