  3. They become our companions and forever loyal guardians, as we are theirs. I only wish more of us could absorb and demonstrate their capacity for unselfish love. “All dogs go to heaven” if indeed it exists, they are certainly there. As always ....
  4. Anthony, if male menopause exists then that fellow is definitely and understandably in the hot flash stage. As always.....
  5. Damn, I’ve reached the point on the circle where the lime wedge in the bottle sparks more interest than the holder. As always ....
  6. 1831 Blizzard: Philadelphia 24 inches, NYC 18-20 inches, Boston 24 inches. Even in the early 19th century NYC appears to be under measured. I guess now it’s a tradition. As always .....

  11. Anthony, bless you, your resolve is unbreakable. I’ll try to keep that in mind as I avoid litigation by shoveling heavy slush off my row house steps. That and the third degree sunburn I’ll get on my hairless pate because I can’t find my sunscreen the first week of March. Other than that, my compliments and admiration go to you. As always ....

  16. On spite, I keep dropping ice shavings on the concrete in front of my almost blooming Camilla. Spite doesn’t pay, it either melts immediately or the rain washes it away. As always .....
  17. Don I just received notice of a book called Cranky Uncle vs Climate Change by John Cook, “it uses humor and Science to help stop the flow of misinformation at the dinner table and beyond”. It may help us, I before we, who would profit from a more pedestrian read. As always .....
  18. The full figured person (damn this political correctness is hard to keep up with) will certainly bless your request, as always .....
  19. If adults acted as such, whether yea or nay, perhaps the children would have no need to step up early to fill the void. Sadly denial lasts only until the king finds a mirror that reflects the truth. As always .........

  25. I sometimes went off a belt parkway bridge, past Kings Plaza , can’t remember which one. I used a multiple hook rig but I was mediocre at best. I used blood worms but the damn things go for you when you try to put them on the hook. Not that I blame them. Depending on me as a fishermen would have left the family starving, As always .....
