  1. Was just posting the potential that the Nam had, I'm also inland from the coast, I Could still see a gust in the 50's but i think 40's for here is more likely.
  2. Latest update by NHC, WATCHES AND WARNINGS -------------------- CHANGES WITH THIS ADVISORY: A Tropical Storm Warning has been issued for the coast of Massachusetts from Woods Hole to Hull, including Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket.

  4. Your buddy is probably going to get to see a once in a lifetime event, Bar Harbor is going to get rocked.
  5. I just don't see keeping power here under frequent gust in the 45-55mph+ range, This is the 12z Nam.
  6. Trees get blown around from the SE and NW frequently so are more accustomed to those directions i think, But out of the north, May be more problematic, Just won't know until its over.
  7. Same, Just need to secure some of the smaller daycare stuff in the yard.
  8. Already have received e-mails from Spectrum, Fydium and CMP about the potential for power outages, I have a Genny.
  9. Yes, Its CBS13 where he's at, Charlie Lopresti is chief Meteorologist there, I speak with him all the time, All three networks have made some wholesale changes on the weather side.
  10. Just an observation on the Nam, This is currently Lees position close to 68W, 18z Nam initialized its position near 66W which was east, It was closer to 68W @0z
  11. Today the models had the front a bit more robust slowing down and moving Lee a bit east on its approach, We will see if that continues on the 0z runs, I would expect some waffling to the timing and strength, Biggest factor is still the winds, Minor changes there as Lee looks to maintain on some of these runs its tropical characteristics a bit longer, Especially into the GOM.
