    I definitely remember that storm. I was at my summer job at GM and it got dark as night. It was an unusual midday event

    If I recall it melted in 6 hours. I remember waking up to a couple slushy inches. It was a surprise as the night before it was forecast to stay rain and maybe end as snow showers

    10 years ago today. Was supposed to be more blizzard like but temps ended up 32-33 the whole time with little wind. Got 14" of heavy wet paste. Biggest storm of the winter and since 2006.

    Weather was quiet and boring. Not alot of heat. Cold and dry winters. 2 or 3 memorable snowstorms not much severe. Hurricane Gloria in 85. That's it that's the decade in a nutshell

    This will be a shock to the system .FRIDAY...Mostly sunny. Cooler with highs in the lower 30s. .FRIDAY NIGHT...Partly cloudy. Cooler with lows 10 to 15. Wind chill values as low as zero. .SATURDAY...Mostly sunny. Cold with highs in the upper 20s. Wind chill values as low as zero in the morning.
