  1. Is the tow lot still in Waltham? Sucked you couldn't even take the T to pick up your car. Add a cab ride to the expenses...
  2. 64 with an East wind you might want to put on a light jacket.
  3. Are you complaining? You should look for the positives.
  4. I think the most I ever paid was around $1,700 bucks. $25 tickets turned into 75 dollar tickets after the late fees and demand charges. 350 sounds about right for boot removal.
  5. Easy for you to say. None of your loved ones in the hospital for sweat overdoses.
  6. I did read about that on the front page of the globe. Many many people in the ICU with sweat exhaustion.
  7. I'm with hubb on this one. You were fortunate previously but it's not by right. Speaking as someone who lived most of their life in Boston and has had multiple boots put on their car
  8. Exactly. How much can you talk about rain?
  9. What exactly do you do that makes it so enjoyable for you? The temperature is 64 and the dew point is 62? Cookout? Beach? Pool? What?
  10. How would anyone notice it's been so cold?
  11. Not sure why anyone would? If you don't like it don't read it.
  12. Worcester temperatures for July are averaging almost 9° colder than last year. LOLz...
  13. Ginx, maybe you will know the answer, How was June '21 the 2nd all-time hottest in CT when BDL was only 3.3 over average? Not much variation in June temps?
  14. We go from the hottest June ever to the coldest July.
  15. That's a plus!.. I suppose. .
  16. Never mind it's raining again.
  17. I was thinking the exact same thing. Can't imagine what their liquor tab will be.
  18. It's not raining at the moment!
  19. Memorial day weekend - Cold washout. July 4th weekend - Cold washout. Every day flooding rains for the first half of the true summer month. Other than that it's been great...
  20. Who’ll stop the rain? No one, apparently As one of the rainiest Julys on record continues -- with the month not even half over -- our plans are in the dumps. How bad is it? There are two ways to answer the question. One is with actual weather statistics. June broke records because it was so hot. This has been the third wettest July ever recorded in Boston, and the month is not even half over. August was the muggiest the universe has ever seen. Oh, wait, August hasn’t happened yet. But just wait. The other way to measure the lousy weather is to observe our plummeting expectations. On the radio, anchors sound downright cheery when they report what would typically be a disappointing forecast. “Rain to start but just clouds later!” they chirp. People have started saying things like, “At least we’re not in a drought,” or, “the West is even worse off.” https://www.bostonglobe.com/2021/07/12/metro/wholl-stop-rain-no-one-apparently/?event=event12
  21. Another farm in my town. Pick you own vegetables and kayaking.
  22. Worcester after today is over -4.0 below normal for the month. Doesn't look to be going positive anytime soon.
  23. Summer is ruined anyway why not?
