  1. @Four Seasons 21“ storm total 68.5“ on the season. Location on the New Fairfield/Sherman border all the way in the NW part of New Fairfield near the CT/NY state line. 850‘ ASL
  2. Just hit 21“ on New Fairfield/Sherman town line, sitting here smiling with that band on the NY/CT border overhead.
  3. For those WOR, while NAM is backing down some, RRFS and FV3 bumping up. Will see what 12z HREF gives.
  4. WOR will do fine. Deformation band and better ratios, even 1.5 qpf will result in 18-24.
  5. At least it didn’t turn to total crap. Gfs gives something to work with and AIgfs definite improvement.
  6. Canadian deterministic also has huge storm surge though a bit south. Its ensemble has some great hits
  7. Let’s do this. Lock it in skynets on board
  8. AIGFS with a nice hit, wish AI Euro would follow suit
  9. Canadian has a nice storm same time frame, though a bit south. also Ukie has it. Nice signal on 0z models tonight
  10. You know that once we get closer to spring and warmer temps all of these nice looking storms are going come up the coast and give us rain instead of sliding south. Just wait for it.
  11. Don’t worry , it won’t play out that way. Lots of time for changes both good and bad.
  12. EPS and EPS-AI also shifted south and east, unfortunately. Still time for changes obviously, but not looking great at the moment.
  13. Yeah, sucks for the heating bills. If we’re going to have it be so cold, need some snow.
  14. So true. Would have been pure misery without that storm. Right now it’s just painful with all this cold around and nothing happening in the dead of winter.
  15. At least there‘s some signal across the models and their ensembles for 2/7-8, so that’s something. Otherwise, if that doesn’t come about, we’re looking pretty dry for the next two weeks. Hopefully that changes.
  16. On the other hand the Rufus ticked west, I call it a wash. Haha
  17. That blob of lows looks like a fidget spinner.
  18. In any case, I’m still watching the nam and mesoscales today, screw the globals.
  19. I know this is pulling at straws, but the 9z SREFS looking more up and in - maybe leading the charge to some better solutions lol?
