    Not opposed to freezing rain - I’m big into sledding despite being an adult lol, and that is the chef’s kiss for a good run

    Additional 1.3” since 1AM. I meant to measure after the big band around 1:30/2:00 AM, but slept solidly through it lol. There was a bit of compaction, especially considering the last inch seems pretty heavy and wet. Total in Havre de Grace: 4.5”

    Yeah at least at the moment, radar definitely not encouraging outside of Frederick/Carroll County
