    Haven't even had frost here yet. Probably be December the way the pattern looks. Back to summer after one chilly day.

    I thought it was susposed to get cold tonight. Woke up to 42 degrees lol. It will be Christmas before we get a frost here in the tropical rainforest.

    Looks pretty dry west of DC this morning. Rain just starting here in the jungle. I'm sure I'll somehow manage 2" of rain today.

    In 1984 I had 16" on Nov 11th.

    Radar never looked great but somehow I managed 2.55". Still heavy drizzle and cool temps. 57 degrees

    Looks like about .15" so far and radar looks solid to the SW. I don't mind a rainy night when I don't have to be anywhere.

    Not here in the jungle. Radar is overwhelming. Been raining lightly since 1:30. Becoming heavier and steadier as I type.

    Clouding up here in the jungle region of the state. Seeing heavier rain totals to my NW all week made me laugh. As expected the bullseye has settled here where it belongs. Looking forward to my 2-3+ inches. I sure hope this continues this winter. Colder flooding rain lol

    Good. It hasn't rained in days here and it's still so wet still that my lawn mower leaves ruts in my yard when I tried to cut the grass yesterday. Hopefully it ends up sunny and dry.

    40 here this morning. These cool nights should get the fall color popping.

    Starting to see some red in the silver maples, dog woods and sweet gums. These cold nights seem to be kick starting the trees.

    One heck of a lightning storm here in the rainforest. I was driving over the Severn River bridge and witnessed some bad ass lightning bolts. Big ole thick long lasting bolts just bombing the Severn. Looks like more storm building back around DC. I got a 1.50" here at my house in about 30 minutes. Not severe but really fun storm.

    I have a hard time getting excited about severe. I've said it many times. I've seen actual severe weather here like twice in my 41 years. We do better with slow moving flooders with lots of lightning.

    Radar looks super lame for central MD. Oh well.. i don't need anymore rain anyway.

    Good news is that reality is usually opposite of what models show. Looks like a good winter incoming.

    More then that. Skeeters are massive and fungal issues are out of control in the garden. I've got corn falling over due to soil becoming mud and rotting tomato plants. It's something EVERY season.

    We've been getting hammered all summer. My area has had a pretty incredible amount of rain in the past month. I picked up 3" yesterday and overnight.

    Looks like another 4" training storm event for AACO. It's been pretty incredibly wet in my local area for the past month.

    Heavy tropical rain and lightning here at the moment. Hopefully it stays just heavy rain. I don't need any strong winds right now.

    Get one on a tripod. I've got 2 going in my garden. Looking like some seriously dry weather incoming after we fail today and Tomorrow.

    Any prospects for rain? I don't bother with severe around here. Widespread severe has happened like twice in the 41 years of my life.
