  1. Yea, I am at about normal now, but I expect to fall behind climo the rest of the way.
  2. I usually cancel for April...too dangerous to cancel for March.
  3. I'm about 15" shy here, which normally is pretty attainable with March to go, but I doubt it this season.
  4. Well, the winter itself is a C-.....I meant my seasonal outlook was a B.....Did well with the notable exception of February...seasonal totals are pretty accurate. I had March near normal, which looks solid.
  5. Cool. Oh, well....I find it hard to believe that I won't be able to sneak an inch or two in March, at some point. I'm going to fall short of 30" in Feb, but I know a lot of the area probably hit it.
  6. I would like to grab 1.5" more on the season, which should be doable. I haven't looked, but hopefully I can get a bit Saturday.
  7. I can't go lower than a C-....I'm solidly below normal snowfall, but its not bad enough to be memorable....just about what I thought going in. I really enjoyed the Feb 1 event, and even the 12/17 event was decent, despite being screwed. Extended time with deep pack in Feb.....C- at the moment.
  8. I wouldn't rule out some upslope over North Asscrust, Maine...head north for photo ops with the doggies, life is good NB
  9. You have as much snark as anyone whenever someone posts anything that can be perceived as remotely marginalizing anything winter. But don't you get it....you keep pining for my departure, then I'll be the post leader in the lawn thread this spring.
  10. You need to be mindful of of the poster with whom you are conversing....if there is a snow shower in s RI, it will be long live winter lol
  11. This winter was respectable, but left alot on the table in frustrating fashion....even in LBSW land.
  12. What sent me over the edge is that it was the only piece of energy that managed to phase despite Tippy's HC from hell for like a month....had it not done so, it would have been 40 w a few showers. Then we missed out on like at least three warning events over the course of the next month bc we could've buy even a partial phase lol That is when I lost it.
  13. This season is actually pretty comparable to last season for me, snowfallwise. Only a few inches more...
  14. It sucked because it ruined a great pack right before xmas, and led into a month of watching paint dry, but there was not most seasons have at least one torch...at least at my latitude.
  15. I don't mean March...February "let up"...
  16. Yea, your season picked up when our season let up. I remember the exact moment that it let up, too. I was on a computer in the UML library on south campus when I realized that the forecast 6-10" wasn't happening, and the rain started falling. That must be when things got better for you hahaha
  17. I'll probably be checking out soon, at least until cane season ramps up.
  18. This has been one of the more mundane winters that I can recall....and by "mundane", I do not mean a dearth of snow, before Steve bites my head off with a NB assault. Just a complete lack of anomalies in my area.....normal snow, no punishing arctic shots, and no real torches. Just a meteorological flat line of a stretch....yes, I know south of the pike had a NB snowfall season...I don't need to see the pics of the dogs frolicking in snow banks. I get it. The sole noteworthy event of this winter for me was the Feb 1 snow event...and by not noteworthy, I also mean that it was not bad, either. It was warm in the means, but mainly because of high mins at night.
