A later and imperfect phase is always favored at this time frame...remember that. This could still mean rain for most of SNE...its a delicate and precarious balance.

Remeber how shitty NARCAN was in that last marginal event that sucked? Its good at sniffing marginal set ups out.

I like my spot relative to most of SNE...you either want to up in elevation or NE....away from that primary with more time for energy consolidations to the south.

Suprising solution....I guess that isn't physically impossible, but I would say odds are it would track further south if unphased. It the ICON, anyway.
