jlewis1111
Just like nws said ratios will be crazy like 15-1 and 18-1. So wont take much precip to get nice amounts...
RVASnowLover
I’m still holding on to Wednesday night being my goal post in terms of how I feel about the event. Things will continue to shift

jlewis1111
Looks like the kids wont go back to school this week. Neighborhood roads still a mess.. Crazy they will be out this long just for a few inches... This time its due to how cold it was after the storm

wasnow215
Most of the models now are showing some snow for RVA. I think sometimes we have to remember our true climatology here lol and be thankful for what we've been getting. Last year was fun and this year has been good also so far. And SE of RVA/the peninsula etc, definitely getting snow this weekend

This winter has been great imo. Havent seen cold like this in a long time. Id be happy with a 4-8 event this weekend. I never fall in love with these 1-2ft totals. They almost never come to fruition. 1

mikeeng92
I would take any snow on snow. When was the last time we had that? it would be nice to get any amount over 2” from this storm.
