If they were measuring actual snowfall properly, that 14 might have been correct. I'm too lazy to do that, so i just measure snow depth at the end. Yeah, I am not sure what protocol they follow or how well they follow it. 10" sounds safe. AlexD1990 Posted February 23 Share Posted February 23 Never officially measured, but the 16-18" reported around me seems about right. Easily pushes this beast into top 5 territory for me. Power came back around 1pm, that was a 9 hour outage, rare for this area to be sure. Thankful it's back on. What a winter, even if it's only been two real storms. Silver Meteor Posted February 24 Share Posted February 24 Watching the radar over Delaware last night I noticed "yellow sparkles" showing up with some of the most intense and persistent snow bands.
