Huffwx
has something changed with the location of the sensor? lyh seems to run alot colder over the past few years Its always radiated well since I've lived here. But, its just outside of town and up a little in elevation compared to the actual city. My sense is shoved in a bush in the shade and hit 15. I wondered that before---last winter EVERY snow event was very dry compared to the entire area. Jan 30th had about an inch everywhere from ROA to BCB to DAN to RIC and we had .64 with 11.4 measured officially.

Same up here, Midlo (although we're really not that much different in longitude, I'd expect, so it's not that surprising... I'm -77.6111). 15.4 was my low last night. Huffwx
Do you have snow cover from the clipper last week? Not really--I'm down 80 miles SW of town for work currently and there is quite a bit left where they had 2-3 inches. We had an inch--a couple spots left in the shade.
