    I do. Purchased when I first bought my house. It’s great for my front, but in the back there’s not nearly enough power for what seems to be a backyard that wants to be a forest or Great Plains grassland.

    Even with a torched MDR, a strong niño is still likely to significantly cap genesis and intensity because of shear. If this is only a weak-low mod niño I can see much more activity.

    Two years ago I was in Maine and saw the Milky Way for the first time. It was nothing like the what you’d see in some processed photos, but it didn’t need to be. It was still a ribbon of light across the sky, albeit fainter, and it was a legitimately spiritual experience for me. It’s part of the reason why I don’t take a lot of video during chases. Experiencing it cannot be replicated. Often times it’s better to put down the phone and just see with your own eyes.

    At least here in light pollution heavy central CT, it was much more faint. Barely visible. But that’s beside the point? The fact that it’s even visible here…and quite visible in darker locations as far as Texas speaks for itself?
