  1. I feel pretty good this morning about the forecast. I just don't want to see the thump come in and folks in Norwalk are getting heavy rain lol.
  2. I don’t think it’s weenie goggles to say it’s been really inconsistent wobbling from strung out dry slotting mess to a solid hit the last 48 hours or so. It’s not tossed but if it were any other model we kinda know it would be.
  3. Chips fall mode at this point. Other than these weird Euro runs I loved what I saw on guidance overnight. I feel a little less worried about the shoreline out here. Onset timing and the intensity of the thump are my biggest concerns. Let’s do this.
  4. It’s an excellent run. Much colder and more coherent as you said. 925s don’t rise above -1C even at Groton (for the CT folks). It’s a nice look for eastern Mass. Wonder if we can keep the trend going through game time.
  5. Would like to see the Euro endorse violence tonight but we’re basically at chips fall mode. Let’s get it on.
  6. Yeah at least here I think part II only enhanced the max potential. If we fail on the initial thump it’s likely a disappointment overall.
  7. I will literally spend hours outside walking around town and taking photos. No distractions aside from an occasional AmWx post. It’s peace and quiet.
  8. Final map expanded the southern zone but numbers stayed the same. Thinking the initial thump is good enough for the coast to verify on low end. High gradient away from immediate shoreline. Highest inland totals in NW and NE hills as usual. If the trend toward faster organization and more CCB tickling westward continues, we really rock. Good luck, everyone.
  9. Not in this house. A good run is euphoric, but there’s nothing like a few hours in the snow of other elements if it’s not winter—don’t care what the tracking entailed.
