I want to plant some soft touch holly shrubs along my walkway. How soon can I plant those in this area?

Yeah.... our taxes have largely been unchanged since we moved in. Maybe 100-200 increase total over the 2 years? The issue was, they straight up did not include a $1500 tax payment into their analysis. Which obviously throws it off big time. Im going to be surveying my options. The fact that they want nearly a 2k minimum in the escrow account as well is silly. My taxes won’t be going up 2k in any given year. Well see

Yeah.... in the back of my head, I figured something like this could happen. I was a little irritated when they basically said there was nothing they could do at the time. and now here we are. I’ll see what they say about options for repayment. Im starting to wonder if I should lose the escrow and pay the taxes and insurance myself.

I’m not going to wade to far into these waters, but it’s a similar sentiment to the mass teachers association head, who is apparently a scientist now, and questioning the science of the CDC decision. Its obviously not a one size fits all approach, but a lot of these unions have definitely overplayed their hand at this point. Since they’ve been prioritized in getting the vaccine recently, we are now moving onto other issues on why they can’t return to the classroom. To the outside observer, it certainly looks like the unions are looking for reasons not to resume in person learning.

Anyone here ever deal with an escrow shortage? My mortgage company forgot to include the fourth quarter taxes during their yearly escrow Analysis last March. This caused my payment to lower. I alerted them that this must have been a mistake, and they basically said it’s not a big deal and there is nothing they can do. Fast forward to today, I get this years analysis, and there is a shortage of almost $3000! In addition, my monthly escrow is increasing by $150. So between the normal increase, and shortage, my mortgage payment is increasing nearly $400. Do I have any recourse here as far as repayment? I understand it’s money I owe, but as far as stretching out repayment? To be clear, this is their mistake, and I now will be paying for it. Seems outrageous to expect people to just shrug their shoulders at a $400 a month increase in payment.

The variant thing is overblown I think. The vaccines seem to work just fine against them for the most part. Normal progression of a virus.

Next week looks fairly mild even if not sunny and dry all week. Should see some spring bulbs really pop. My hosta are already poking through

Yes. Elevation doesn’t look like a significant factor. It’s who has the hardest and most precip left after the flip. More than one model is painting out a scooter to northern Plymouth county as a potential max area, which kind of makes sense, further east.

Gfs and 3k NAM both hit Plymouth and Bristol counties with some very heavy snow overnight into Friday morning.

Looks like anything over 3” is going to postpone the baseball softball games here this weekend. if it’s less than 3, maybe we get Sunday games in
