  1. Agreed. That’s a pretty impressive static water level though, even during dry periods. Normally on a few feet below the ground
  2. https://cida.usgs.gov/ngwmn/provider/USGS/site/415734071034701/ this well is a little over a mile from my house. looks like barring significant changes, we’ll be heading for a low water mark in the next reading. So, looks like they’ve been taking readings for 10 years, so lowest in at least 10 years
  3. My wife is on a Raynham Facebook page, starting to see some comments about wells running dry; or at least water levels dropping below the pump
  4. Nothing like a humble little cottage with granite countertops. Also, look at the soap. Smiling at his pain.
  5. Just looked at a couple model runs. Just absolutely laughable the surgical precision that any rain misses most of eastern and especially southeastern mass
  6. It’s another meme stock lol. A few people probably got super rich, and most joes probably got in late and will be holding the bag
  7. It ended up being an all timer here. Grateful to have witnessed it
  8. Probably won’t see anything like it again. Prolific totals and we really didn’t even get much of a prolonged event either. I say we’ll never see anything like that again, but I’ve said that a lot over the last 10+ years… 2010-11 14-15 and the blizzard last year
  9. I’ve been trying to figure out the pink “ water supply service territories” meaning. I find it hard to believe those are the only area serviced by public water? I know for a fact Taunton is almost completely town water
  10. What happened to the wet look towards the weekend? We desperately need rain here. More than .12 every 10 days
  11. Just reading some early stuff from here and other sources. I think at least SNE, I’d be happy if we reached normal snowfall here
  12. It is laughable when looking at that radar presentation from like 4am that most folks got .15 or less
  13. Legalized sports betting coming soon to Mass!
  14. More bark than bite here, of course. But we’ll take what we can get I guess
  15. Some shrubs are starting to wilt here too. Lawn is cooked, and has been for weeks.
  16. Isn’t kudzu highly invasive around here? It would be best to get rid of that of the whole yard will be covered in it in about 2 summers
  17. That’s honestly not bad, there is so good grass in there. And as far as the overgrowth… get a chainsaw and brush cutters and go to town, that won’t take long.
  18. Haven’t mowed in 3 weeks… front yard is torched… totally brown. Back yard is mixed.
  19. A whopping .11 last night. Just enough to make it miserable
  20. It’s already very real here. Multiple towns are virtually out of water.
