The 18th has been trending less amped the past few GFS FV3 runs. Maybe the thump will be decent on this if we can continue that trend

The only reason we could afford a house in the mid 550s..was the equity I had on my last house for a down payment. Got the mortgage down to 415k with a 2.875. so it was manageable and we were able to pay off some new loans. In summary, buying a foreclosed home with potential in 2012 really paid off.

This is the type of system where the old old GFS would show precip to the NH border. I believe that was a known bug that was corrected..but I'm sure at the time it falsely erected many unassuming weenies over the years.
