  8. The only reason we could afford a house in the mid 550s..was the equity I had on my last house for a down payment. Got the mortgage down to 415k with a 2.875. so it was manageable and we were able to pay off some new loans. In summary, buying a foreclosed home with potential in 2012 really paid off.

  11. This is the type of system where the old old GFS would show precip to the NH border. I believe that was a known bug that was corrected..but I'm sure at the time it falsely erected many unassuming weenies over the years.

  19. Edit: I was thinking of Sagamore..Sandwich NWS employee reported ~28" I measured 28" in Wareham..but again..that was just a final depth measurement.
