I don't like the EPS. Way too far SE. Individual members not encouraging.
Tough to believe this euro yet. Sell.
There are still about 8 or 9 so big solutions..but was hoping for a few more adds vs 6z EPS. At least they didn't disappear though, telling me they are still on the table

It's pointless to worry about precip type.. if it's rain that means it's a weak POS out to sea. If the potential is realized with respect to the northern stream phasing..it's snow.

It escapes before the digging northern stream can draw it closer. But seems pretty close

Looking at the vort level on the 12z NAM, it's almost as if energy from the northern stream is splitting..one piece reenergizing the southern energy..while the other just heads east and refuses to dig. Not sure how likely that is..but not gonna cut it either way

12z Nam tried to make this an all southern stream event, Welcome to two days ago.
Northern stream was gross and southern stream was more solidified. Net result was a turd

Ordinarily, I would have been all in after the 18z EPS, but something told to await confirmation at 00z....sure enough.
This situation is so volatile...
Would've been easier to toss if the EPS members weren't so zonked too.

Looking at the 6z EPS, there were still about 7 or 8 big impact members remaining.

Can someone post the individual eps members for 12z?

To my amateur eyes, ridging looks worse through 84 hours.. so I'm not confident it's going to be a good solution.

The 'you are selfish to not want rain' take is a bit much. Yeah, I'll take the cirrus.

All the 12z runs are setting the stage for a massive;soul crushing, weenie melting cutter around day 9 or 10 that will likely result in some epic 'winter is ova' meltdowns. If it's not going to snow, sign me up.
