Ice coffee all year round, all the time.
I am a hot or not guy when it comes to coffee although I have started to appreciate the nitro cold brew's.

Most of their beers are highly overrated, just like Bissel. Congrats on getting suckered by good marketing and hazy hues.
Julius and Very Green are good, and their Stouts have all been great. Haze, Hurricane, Super Typhoon are trash.
Alchemist and Hill Farmstead are superior to Tree House imho.

The larger void has been further west by Hippy V and beyond. My last true BN snowfall winter was 11-12. 15-16 is a bit debatable.
It's been at least 3 years since I've seen a storm over 12". How many times has Tauntonblizz whined his way to a foot over that stretch?
-
Absolutely pouring right now, Using up more of my yearly precipitation quota before winter.

Hippy has had a rough stretch lacking the big one. Eyewall too, but he lives in a notoriously bad valley spot of the north. I’d rather live in Philly. Maybe the cape submurges into the atlantic in a few years so storm tracks are closer. That would be a win for many, including you since you love your man snow.
The entire stretch of I-91 from Northampton to White River Junction VT has not been fortunate when it comes to 8"+ storms. Last year SW VT did well but that triangle from Greenfield to Brattleboro to Keene has been brutal.

Yeah, I did 2 hours overdue lawn work after work.

The Connecticut River is running very high for August. I tubed the West River in Vermont and it's at bankfull. It's been wet in Southern and Central New England.
you don't say? W SNE especially. Parts of CNE have been screwed on precip. but yeah, historically wet for many.

Gee it's raining again, shocking.
I heard that the band to Phish had to cancel their huge festival in Watkins Glen this weekend due to rain and poor sanitary conditions caused by it. That area is under a boil water order.

Non weather related, but we have some knowledgeable experts on here.
Say I was to make a pilgrimage to Charlton, MA to visit a local craft brewery there...on a Saturday afternoon (much like today).
Would that be totally insane? Prob an hour line to get 2 pours then another hour in the can line?
I'm not sure Saturday is even their busiest day for cans since it's not a new release day but Kevin would know best.
Just drive the 2.5 hours to Alchemist. Better beer imho and no lines.

.8" tonight which gives me over 14" since July 15th.
"and I wonder, still I wonder, who'll stop the rain?"

She got lucky. The poison in mushrooms will not tarnish silver. People have died from this mistake
Had a friend who was a skilled mycologist (he's since deceased, but not from mushrooms), and his fungus-testing quip was, "Take a bite and wait 15 minutes. If you begin to feel dizzy, don't eat any more." That would work fine with some deadly species for which symptoms don't appear until 6+ hours after consumption.
There are old mushroom eaters and bold mushroom eaters but very few old, bold mushroom eaters.

After this "summer of yore" a late September surge of warmth and humidity certainly wouldn't surprise even if we cool off for a spell.

My Grandmother grew up in rural Lithuania and taught me some but I'm too nervous to try most of them. I regret not getting more info from her when she was around.
