  1. Definitively better in terms of N extent of snow but still way further SE of other models.
  2. I was most sad when they got rid of the "heavy snow warnings" a few years ago. That was my favorite warning to see.
  3. Winter's here, just signed up for a Pivotal subscription.
  4. The mood in here would be kind of worth seeing that outcome.
  5. Route 2 north has been consistently the gradient line for this one.
  6. I meant new to the psychology. This happens every storm but you only pay attention to the big ones.
  7. Yes and especially if most of the area is closer to 8” with lollies to 12” that is definitely a moderate event.
  8. Forward speed and any last minute tics S definitely can make forecast amounts tough to nail.
  9. If true that’s a sizable difference. Better resolution model so maybe it’s picking up on some thing 12k isn’t?
  10. It wasn’t as impressive here as it was Pike region. About a foot in round one and 4-5” round two. Didn’t have another 5 inch storm last year until March!
  11. Is that the storm that came in two parts with a few hour break? I’ll go back and look but I think I had well over a foot in that one.
  12. If you are 5-8” there I’m 2-4” here with the potential sharp gradient. Let’s see which way this tics on the models today though.
  13. I think the issue with this storm is certainly going to be that the accumulations on the Northern edge are tenuous with bumps south. Tight gradient on the warning level snows
  14. I don't know about that but yes ICON definitely shifted heaviest snow South a bit. High in E Canada was slightly stronger.
  15. Yeah, nobody is getting 20". NAM would be intense and fun though.
