  1. I'm 12 miles from VT border and only got an inch then half of that got washed away. Hoping to get something out of round 2. I think Ray beat Mitch in round one and that's pretty unusual in a SWFE.
  2. 33F Moderate snow. I imagine the hills just N & W of me are getting plastered. Maddening to be a degree or two away from stacking up the snow but that's life in the valley. At least it's back to a white landscape! 1.5" total today but currently 1" otg since the afternoon stuff got washed.
  3. That's what I'm looking for, over to very light flakes an drizzle in the lull.
  4. We wasted so much QPF out west. you may do better than even Mitch in round one. Totals form the entire day is close to an inch but feels fake, since we washed away the near half inch from this afternoon.
  5. Ha, it will be funny if that area outperforms the RT 2 corridor in this. Infuriating but funny and good for the Eastern weenies.
  6. 32/29 SN everything coating up again but radar says the back edge of the good returns are closing fast on my area.
  7. Wow! I mean, if it's not gonna' snow, it may as well be interesting.
  8. Just flipped to cat paws. Unfortunately looks like precipitation has already stopped out in the Berkshires. Hopefully can score an inch or two tomorrow. In the morning I'll be explaining to the kid why school is canceled and there's no snow. "Don't worry about it, put your boots on and go play in the mud!"
  9. I mean, I'm on the northern fringe of Greenfield and it's definitely rain with a few pellets mixed in. I know, because I'm stepping outside every 10 minutes and annoying my wife and the dog.
  10. That's not completely accurate. It's all rain here well N of the R/S line depicted there.
  11. Pouring rain in this band. 32.5/29 Maybe sleet and snow at elevation?
  12. WTF? Half of the school districts in the county have already canceled for tomorrow.
  13. Yeah, as soon as the week returns move through it instantly flipped to sleet then drizzle.
  14. Well, a fresh young liver will do that for you.
  15. The Southern parts of that map will bust, hopefully snow for folks further North, ski country needs snow.
  16. Yeah, it went from pounding big flakes to sleet then drizzle in short order. It's already sleet and drizzle as far N as Putney VT where my buddy lives.
  17. You are far enough N that you might get a decent thump of snow from first round? It only started precipitating here at 2pm and we went sleet->snow->drizzle in under 3 hours with radar returns already lightening. 33/29 -RA now. Per my friends in S VT and obviously Mitch there was not much snow, even at elevation.
