As much as I'm bummed to not be on Fishers Island for this, I do live in Hamden... so I got that going for me. I should get power back by the holiday get together.

Yeah, I'm super bummed not to be on the island. It's going to be wild out there. I hope StormSurge comes through with some great pictures of the surf. I remember when Bill approached, you could hear the waves crashing on the south side of the island from my house on the north shore. I bet such will be the case this go round too.

I'm glad we got a chance to dry out the last few weeks. Probably some major flooding in the river valley with a bunch of those members.

Not really much upper level support to keep Henri strong once it crosses into cooler water. Not near the entrance region of a strong jet, at least not that I saw. Therefore, it would need to make a fast approach and I'm not seeing any indication that's on the table here. Could be a flooding threat though.
