    Kudos to Vernon Township DPW. They are in my neighborhood now. 2nd time plowing and salting. Roads are perfect.

    LOL! So funny. I was going to post yesterday that if NYC proper didn't receive any measurable snow by Dec. 20th, the comments of winter canceled, put a fork in it, on to spring, etc, etc., would appear. I was wrong. Only took to Dec. 7th. Too funny..

    Precip over. 2" total. Neighbor said there was more earlier before it rained. I saw 2" when I got home. I'm sticking with that. Just cleared driveway and walk. Everything rapidly freezing. 30.4° 3.2" for season so far. Not bad for Dec. 2nd

    Started as plain rain at work here in Haworth, NJ. (NE Bergen county) Back home snow is falling and sticking on roads.

    Yes. I guess you are right. But still, this is an interesting storm to track. Could be surprises? I don't forecast, so I enjoy reading all the tracking, thoughts, and forecasts of members.
