  1. Snowing lightly in Salem, coating on grass and cars, perfectly timed for decorating tonight lol
  2. Got a few flakes mixing in here in Salem. Well, they were briefly, anyway. Back to a drizzle. Edit 2: scattered flakes are back lol.
  3. Snowing lightly in Salem, so all in all I'm gonna call this system a win.
  4. Been thinking the same thing, could be the first event where my move inland really pays off.
  5. You know what else is pretty interesting? It’s raining, windy too.
  6. I had a dream that there was a nor'easter with 24hrs of 35F rain, and was disappointed to wake up to yet another warm, sunny, and otherwise pleasant day.
  7. Wow, that nest must have had plenty of time to develop undisturbed.
  8. If only the money to be made during prohibition hadn't enticed my ancestors to leave PEI and NS.
  9. I’d take a cat 3 over a tornado, at least with a hurricane there’s time to relax and reflect on the impending destruction of my home days ahead of time. I never have the mental strength to follow the convection threads so it’d be too out of the blue to appreciate.
  10. I’m uhhhhh big fan of the dumpster diving range on the last couple runs of the gfs lol
  11. Yeah I haven't seen anything that looked official, as far as I can tell it's people jumping to conclusions because he hasn't been able to contact anyone yet.
  12. The most recent stuff I’ve seen is that he’s allegedly been reported as missing, but it’s unclear if that’s meant as missing from his last location or if he simply hasn’t been able to contact anyone yet.
  13. You’re going to reverse psychology your way into cat 2 winds at this rate.
  14. Well, no matter what happens at least we’ve got the participation trophy already
  15. In the words of the legendary Kevin Garnett, "anything is possible."
  16. Gfs is still looking close for James, and rough for Hazey
  17. Oh I’ve been around for a while and made my account back in 2012 around Sandy Madness, but I changed my name after moving to NH. I’m mostly into winter weather as many in our region are, but I’ve always found the tropics (and their historical impacts up here) interesting. I know the general vibe our subculture, but I figure no one up here will mind a comment like that since there’s no meaningful reason to be invested in a SNE impact at this point.
